Eastern Ohio's Community Health Hub

Services | Mobile Health Services

Not everyone can make it to a clinic — and Ohio Hills Health Centers believes that should never stand between someone and the care they need. Our Mobile Health Services unit brings testing, vaccinations, and community outreach directly into the neighborhoods and organizations we serve, removing the barriers of distance and transportation that too often prevent people from getting care. Whether you are an employer, a community organization, or an individual looking for convenient access to health services, our mobile van brings OHHC to you.

What We Offer

Our mobile health unit is equipped to deliver a range of preventive and outreach services in community settings, including:

  • Health screenings — convenient on-site screenings to help catch conditions early
  • Vaccinations — immunizations administered safely at your location
  • Community testing — testing services brought directly to individuals and groups
  • Community outreach — health education, resource connection, and enrollment assistance in the field

Hosting a Mobile Health Event

Businesses, schools, faith communities, and other organizations are encouraged to request a mobile health visit for their employees, members, or constituents. Bringing OHHC to your location is a meaningful way to invest in the health of your community and make care more accessible for the people you serve. Our team will work with you to coordinate scheduling and services that fit your needs.

Community Screening Schedule

OHHC publishes a health screening schedule each year outlining upcoming mobile and community screening events. This is a great resource for individuals who want to take advantage of preventive screenings without scheduling a full clinic appointment. Contact us to request a copy of the current schedule or ask at any OHHC location.

To schedule a mobile health visit for your organization or to find out when our mobile unit will be in your community, call (740) 239-6447 — answered 24 hours a day. All mobile health services are provided regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
