Eastern Ohio's Community Health Hub

Services | Behavioral Health

Mental and emotional health are just as important as physical health, and at Ohio Hills Health Centers we are committed to making behavioral health support accessible to everyone in our community. Our Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs) work with individuals, couples, families, and youth to address the stressors and challenges that can impact quality of life. Whether you are navigating a difficult season or managing an ongoing condition, our team is here to help you build the tools and resilience you need to thrive.

Who We Help

Our behavioral health program is designed to meet people where they are. We provide counseling and support services for a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral concerns, including:

  • Anxiety — managing worry, fear, and stress that interfere with daily life
  • Depression — support for persistent sadness, low energy, and loss of interest
  • Anger — developing healthy strategies for managing and expressing emotions
  • Grief & Loss — processing the pain of losing a loved one or a significant life change
  • Trauma — working through past experiences that continue to affect your present
  • Self-Esteem — building confidence and a healthier relationship with yourself
  • Behavioral Issues — support for children and youth exhibiting challenging behaviors at home or school

No concern is too small, and no situation is too complex. Our counselors approach every session with compassion, confidentiality, and a genuine commitment to your well-being.

Integrated Care

Behavioral health does not exist in isolation. At OHHC, our counselors work alongside our primary care providers to deliver truly integrated care. This means that your mental and emotional health is considered as part of your whole-person health picture — not treated as a separate issue. This collaborative approach leads to better outcomes and a more complete picture of your overall wellness.
