Director of Quality and Clinical Systems
Ohio Hills Health Centers, a community health center providing high-quality primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care to residents in 9 eastern Ohio counties, is seeking a Director of Quality and Clinical Systems. This position will assume overall responsibility for the development, implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive quality improvement and risk management program at all OHHC locations. The Director of Quality and Clinical Systems will assume overall responsibility for managing the Health Center’s Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Successful candidate must be:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- BSN preferred but not required
- Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of eight (8) years of clinical experience including five (5) years in a managerial role in a healthcare environment
- Demonstrated skills in administrative performance, including expertise in written/oral communication, documentation requirements, applicable rules and regulations and industry standards pertaining to FQHC
- Ability to work well with others, lead and motivate staff
