Patient Access Manager

Ohio Hills Health Centers, a community health center providing high-quality primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care to residents in 9 eastern Ohio counties, is seeking a passionate and experienced Patient Access Manager to join our team. We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude and strong leadership skills to ensure that our patients have the best experience when accessing our services.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting possessing critical thinking, communication skills and is a team player. The Patient Access Manager will be responsible for leading a team of patient access professionals in the call center and at each health center front desk to ensure efficient and accurate patient access services. We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our patients have positive experience.
