CDL Physicals are available at the Monroe Family Health Center. Rajnish K. Gupta, M.D. and Judeana Gramlich, C.F.N.P. are now certified to provide CDL physicals only by appointment. For more information or an appointment call the clinic at (740) 239-OHHS.
