School Health Coordinator - Bellaire
Ohio Hills Health Centers, a community health center providing high-quality primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care to residents in 9 eastern Ohio counties, is seeking a Full-Time School Health Coordinator to work at OHHC-Bellaire, a new school-based health center, located at Bellaire High School in Bellaire, Ohio.
Job responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support for the School Based Health Center and oversee the daily operations of the center and other functions of the center.
- Maximize student quality outcomes by managing relationships between Ohio Hills Health Centers, school personnel and community partners.
- Responsible for establishing systems to help patients navigate their care and to increase awareness and utilization of school-based health services.
Successful candidate must possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, public health or related field or equivalent degree/experience required.
- At least 5 years of experience and a strong track record of success with relationship management, program planning and coordinating efforts with internal and external partnerships.
- Medical terminology background extremely helpful.
