Patient brings up Dashboard on Patient Portal
Current Medications display under Medical Records. Select medication & click Refill Request
A Refill Request form opens, listing Subject, Pharmacy, Medication Refill being requested, and Comments
After clicking Submit, a Message Sent Successfully will pop up
